The competition information
In the duration time of the competition over 200 employees and volunteers and over 50 guests from abroad will be busy in various activities in a very wide area in different points of time all over the region of the Carmel and Gilboa regions. An important part of the success of the competition is to be prepared and be able to avoid injuries from our people and our guests from the army and from abroad.
While touring the region we found in the championship areas all kinds of safety dangers and hazardous sites, which should be avoided.
All teams will move only in authorized routs.
The following are general comments and details of safety points for your attention:
General Comments:
1. Water: Each vehicle will be equipped with 8 water bottles of 1.5 liters for each day.
2. Each professional station will be equipped with water reserves and shady area for the evaluators, the actors and the volunteers.
3. "Exit" and "Enter" signs will be installed in each station.
4. Hazardous sites will be marked and closed.
5. If it will be necessary to go a considerable distance from the station in order to execute the assignment, additional equipment will be on call in the station.
6. Closed shoes are obligatory for the participants of the competition.
7. The competition area should be cleaned before and after each day of the championship.
8. Solution should be found for lavatories and hygiene means when these installations are not available.
9. All the participants of the competition will be instructed with general safety rules and specific instruction will be given to the person in charge in each station.
